What is a laser jig template?
A laser jig is a cut file that holds your blanks — coasters, business cards, dog tags, keychains — in precise, repeatable positions on your laser bed. Instead of manually placing and aligning each item before every job, you cut the jig once from plywood or MDF, then drop your blanks into the slots. Every piece engraves in exactly the same spot, batch after batch.
Why machine-specific sizing matters
Generic 12×12" jig files waste most of your laser bed. The Bonny Creations jig templates are sized for your exact machine — an xTool S1, Glowforge Pro, Sculpfun S30, or Snapmaker has a different usable bed area, and the jig is drawn to fill it. You get more pieces per run and fewer wasted setups.
